1. Use of Website

2. Bookings & Payments

• Catering services must be booked in advance and confirmed with a signed agreement or deposit.

• A non-refundable deposit (usually 25–50%) is required to secure event dates.

• Final payments are due prior to or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

• Last-minute bookings (under 7 days) may be subject to rush fees.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will not incur additional charges beyond the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be billed at 50–100% of the total quote, depending on costs incurred.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve adjusted pricing.

4. Menu Changes & Dietary Requests

• Menu changes are accepted up to 10 days before the event.

• We accommodate dietary needs where possible, but clients must disclose allergies or restrictions in advance.

• Annie Housewife Catering is not responsible for undisclosed food allergies.

5. Liability & Conduct

• We take food safety seriously and operate under current health code guidelines.

• We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, accidents, venue issues, etc.).

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any client engaging in unsafe, abusive, or uncooperative behavior.

6. Photos & Marketing

• We may take photos of food setups for promotional use. If you do not wish to be featured, please let us know in writing.
